sekadar berceloteh...

time tulis posts ni, husband tgh drive balik Gurun nek motor..cian dia, sbb kan sy sudah lembik start hari jumaat lagi, so tak jadi le sy balik ke Gurun..nasib bek ada motor adik, then boleh husband datang Perlis nek motor tu..harap² cuaca cerah smpai ke Gurun, tak de la husband kena hujan mcm time nak balik perlis hr sabtu ritu..then sepanjang 3hr 2mlm husband kat cni, kami hnya makan di kedai..bukan malas nak masak tapi husband yg ckp tak yah masak..cian katanya tgk sy yg asyik ulang ke tandas..time mlm plak baldi kecil dah jd peneman kami tido, tak sanggup nak bgn byk kali g tandas hukhukhuk..

then satu perubahan yg kami alami since sy peknen, sy tak leh dok lama² kat shopping complex..waaaaa sy mau shopping tapi tak tahan bau-bauan yg ada kat c2..then husband yg selama ni jd peneman sy utk shopping, dah mula berminat utk belek itu ini mcm sy dulu...ohh sudah bertukar ke peel kami??? and husband juga tetiba sgt suka makan nestum..sarapan pg skang semestinya nestum..sy? selera sy agak berkurang skang ni..andai ada pilihan lain selain nasi, semestinya sy tak kan amik nasi..tapi kalo ns je yg ada, nak tak nak sy kena gak makan..kalo tak perut terasa pedih sgt..and tekak terasa pahit..tnya mak, boleh mkn asam ke tak, mak ckp boleh tapi jgn byk..mcm tu gak ngn jeruk..sekadar utk rasa bg ilang pahit mulut bukan nya bg kenyang perut..pa pe pun alhamdulillah, sy msh boleh telan air susu pepagi..itu yg bantu sy utk ada tenaga..

dan juga, yg paling sy gembira..batuk sy dah semakin berkurangan..terasa seksa sgt bila batuk sblum ni..bila nak batuk siap pegang perut then doa jgn le jd pa pe kat si kecil kami..hasil pemakanan cekur yg mak kem dari pahang, batuk sy dah makin kurang..mekacih mak..

skang dah 7 minggu peknen..tak sabar nak tunggu si kecil ni bergerak² dalam perut hehehe..

Week 7: Welcome to the hormonal rollercoaster!

Fetal development in pregnancy week 7:

Your baby is really beginning to develop more physical definition this week – their oversized head isn’t just large and oblong anymore, it’s actually a little bit pointy. The tiny receding tail bud is now starting to be overshadowed by the growth of their legs, which are now complete with knees and the beginnings of toes. Their eyes and ears are the most visible features on their head and their miniature bones are starting to harden throughout their body. You also have some variation on a boy or a girl at this point, although their genitals won’t be visible enough to determine which color cigars you’re going to buy until around the 16th week.

And how's mom doing?

our hormones are still out of whack because the placenta won’t take over hormone production for your little one for another couple of weeks. So until then, expect more of the same. At this point any close family or friends have undoubtedly noticed you’re a little more moody and/or irritable than usual. And there are probably times where you’re ready to tell the world off (maybe you already have), but it’s always worth the time and effort to explain to yourself and others the reason for your current emotional rollercoaster; you don’t have to be a monster just because you feel a little whacked out. Focus on your breathing and energy levels. Take naps if you feel fatigued but don't forget the stress-reducing benefits of long walks outside for fresh air and exercise. Sit down if you start to feel nauseous, and take the time to eat healthy vitamin-rich foods when you’re hungry. Even though there’s no bi-weekly paycheck or boss, pregnancy is harder work than you might think and you need lots of positive physical and emotional energy to provide your baby with the safest strongest home possible.
